TERMS OF SERVICE
By placing an order with Stampede Airsoft you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and are the owner of the credit card or PayPal account used to purchase items on this website. You also acknowledge that you agree with and understand the following terms and conditions.
All airsoft guns are required, by law, to have an orange tip flash hider or the tip (1/4 inch) of the barrel permanently colored in orange. Removal of the orange tip flash hider will void any warranty.
Any person who changes, alters, removes any coloration or markings in anyway that makes the airsoft gun (replica firearm) a resemblance of an actual firearm is in violation of state or federal laws.
Do not display or expose any airsoft gun (replica firearm) in a public place. The term "public place" refers to an area open to the public or exposed to public view regardless of property ownership. Please act responsibly and always carry your airsoft gun in a gun bag.
You understand that you the customer are responsible for knowing all local and state regulations regarding the use and/or ownership of airsoft guns or any products sold on Stampede Airsoft's website.
Stampede Airsoft sells products that are intended for use with airsoft guns only. Use of products for any other purpose is not recommended by Stampede Airsoft.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
RETURNS / REPLACEMENT
Stampede Airsoft reserves the right to deem all sales as final. Items returned for any reason will result in like item exchange or possible store credit, we do not offer money-back on return items. We are always available to help guide you before you make a purchase on parts or product. Bad decisions on purchases are not a valid reason for return! If Stampede Airsoft agrees to accept an item for return a 15% restocking fee will apply as long as the item is returned in original undamaged packaging and void of any use, neglect, wear or otherwise used condition. In an instance where an item is defective from the manufacturer (unfortunately it happens from time to time, but rest assured we do our absolute best to check each item before it leaves our facility), we will contact the manufacturer and begin the warranty process to repair or replace the item. Particular manufacturers instruct the customer to deal directly with them, specifically KWA and KRYTAC, in which we will inform KWA or KRYTAC of your issues in advance. We have the discretion to repair or replace an item depending on circumstance and/or issue.
Please call before you are frustrated and speak with a tech, often times troubleshooting over the phone will result in magnificent outcomes. Please be advised we appreciate your immediate inspection of your order to ensure it is correct and everything is in order. We allow 24 hours from the time of delivery to report any problems and/or issues with your order. Stampede is not obligated to honor a return if notified outside of the 24 hour time frame.
Please DO NOT send any returns back without prior authorization.
We do not offer money-back on returns. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If an item is returned, it must be returned in original new condition, not tampered with and complete unmarred packaging, if we receive your return and if it does not meet this standard the restocking fee will apply. This is solely our discretion.
Once the item is received we will notify you of your store credit.
You should expect to receive your store credit within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).

Any indication of use of improper substandard BBs will void all warranties.
It is extremely important to use quality BBs in your airsoft guns. Substandard BBs will cause premature failure of an airsoft gun and its internals. BBs should always be purchased from an airsoft only hobby shop. In general, BBs purchased from large department stores, super stores, or any sporting goods stores are considered substandard. Stay away from these mainstream retailers as they do not possess the knowledge and experience to recommend and supply reliable BBs for your airsoft gun.
DO NOT USE .12g BBS!!!
The use of 0.12 gram BBs will Damage your Airsoft Gun and Void your Warranty.
Substandard BBs can be visually inspected by observing the molding or casting seams; often times you will see the shape of the BBs are not round, the BBs may be pitted and excess casting plastic has been found in BB containers. These imperfections will cause BB jams which will eventually result in a failure. The use of improper and/or substandard BBs will void not only our warranty policy, but any manufacturer warranty as well.
IMPROPER USE / ABUSE / NEGLECT
Product failures that result in the improper use, abuse, or neglect on the users/customers part will void the warranty on a product. Damages as a result of improper storage, product being dropped from any distance, improper use, exposure to liquids, and exposure to extreme weather conditions are considered improper use and will void any and all warranty(s) by Stampede Airsoft and the product manufacturers. The use of high voltage batteries (greater then 9.6 volts) will result complications to your warranty*.
* Warranty claims as a result to use of high voltage batteries will be handled on a case by case basis.
UNAUTHORIZED / ILLEGAL MODIFICATIONS
Product failures as a result of any attempted alteration to the airsoft gun will not be covered under the our warranty. Upgrades and modifications, either internal or external resulting in a failure will not be covered. Attempts to remove the blaze orange tip as required by law will void any and all warranties offered by Stampede Airsoft and its manufacturers. Stampede Airsoft will only warranty products and services performed by Stampede or the manufacturer / distributor of said merchandise. If a warranty product has been disassembled by anyone other then an authorized Stampede Airsoft employee or Manufacturer; said product will not be covered.
Stampede Airsoft will accept changes to orders in Pending status ONLY, no exceptions. To request or make changes, please contact us by phone during business hours (11am to 7:00pm EST, Monday to Friday). Please reference your order ID# when calling.
Requests to cancel any undeliverable order returned by UPS are subject to a 15% restock fee and return shipping costs. If no response from customer is received, refund will automatically be processed with the stated restocking charges.
Orders containing request for upgrade, tune or repair services cannot be canceled once the Tech Department has begun work to the airsoft gun.
Live Chat requests to cancel or make changes to an existing order will not be accepted. Please contact us by phone during business hours.
Stampede Airsoft typically ships within the United States (excluding U.S. territories and P.O. Boxes.) We are able to ship to FPO/AP addresses, please contact us before placing your order to get correct shipping rates.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
We ship UPS and USPS. We do our best to get your packages to you the fastest way possible. If you have a preference, please let us know. As long as we have the product in stock, we have the ability to ship out the same day through UPS up until 5pm and 4pm for USPS.
